Your second visit will begin with an embodied wisdom and experience of healing, followed by a detailed consultation. Any questions you have will be answered during these times.

Begin here. This 75 minute online consultation will create connection to your embodied wisdom. Learn how to identify your inner resources. Meet your needs for physical, emotional, mental, and soul connection. Release stresses that keep us separated and build trust within. Fuel your healing, growth, and expression in life by connecting to what you have within.

This is a 50 minute private session for consultation and guided Somato-respiratory Integration for you to connect to your Embodied Wisdom.

In this in-person workshop we will dive into the human season of transformation, how it feels, and align with it, in rhythm with our natural intelligence.  We will traverse stage 4 through 7, from claiming our power to release and resolution, and entering deep new alignment with key notes of our purpose.
