Introductory Embodied Wisdom Workshop
Healing is an inside job, and occurs because our bodies contain innate intelligence. Sadly, this vital force of healing is mostly unrecognized, misunderstood, and unsupported. Luckily, there are simple tools, and simple steps to accessing this tremendous force within, and unleashing powerful healing; physically, emotionally, and beyond.

Beautiful human connection and relationships can begin with ourselves by understanding more about our bodies and the astounding properties of life.
Our bodies contain a natural abundance that is accessible to everyone. Learning how to respectfully engage with our body’s intelligence, we gain a deep connection to our own personal instructions and internal source of healing and growth.
In this hands-on workshop:
we will learn the language of our innate intelligence.

Our contribution and our receptivity within this space build connection, deep healing, and illuminates to our core humanity.
