This is a 50 min session to discover the inner wisdom and source of energy for a specific issue. The session involves inquiry and facilitated session to guide you to the experience of your inner solutions..

Practice your body wisdom skills. Together we will listen, determine the most honoring stage, and facilitate connection with the SRI exercise. You will be paired with another friend or colleague in this session , both receive support from another, as well as learn from witnessing to gain greater depth of experience.
