Despacho/Haywaricuy
To solidly lay down the prayer, we will be making a full despacho/haywaricuy together (personalized to you). Ellen will provide instruction for how to prepare this offering. A Despacho or Haywaricuy is a traditional offering filled with prayers, sweets, flowers, grains, seeds, nuts and other special items that is made with a specific request in mind. All the realms and powers of nature are called in to support the manifestation of one’s prayers when making this offering. It is a very beautiful and potent way to bring more Sami (nectar) to exactly those places you need in your life.
Somato-respiratory Integration
Similar to the practices in Wisdom of the Body, Wisdom of Nature, we will work with SRI to connect deeply to our internal resources of growth and healing. This workshop will introduce stage 3 and stage 4 which provide resources for embracing the truth behind our frustration and anger. Participants will feel deep self forgiveness and healing of our relationship with power. These whole body changes will ground us in our individual purpose and open new paths for our sovereign expression of power for the benefit of all.

Sovereignty in TroubleD times
Amidst big things happening all around us on the planet, something else, something beautiful, is happening to people on the inside. People are getting frustrated and angry, and instead of judging themselves about this, trying to "fix" it or dissociating from it, they are instead finding the energy and resources to feel it. This is a game changer! We are on the edge of new awarenesses of how we have been draining our own energy, and how instead we can use our energy to be the change we wish to see on the planet.
This, as with many good things, is simple but not easy. This involves new understanding about ourselves, so that we can embrace the resources provided.
