In this 9 week journey you will unearth the resources waiting within, and discover the power of Effortlessness.

By accessing the mythic story of you, embodied wisdom releases the flow of your gifts.  You will uncover the source of subconscious creative blocks and learn to trust yourself again.

 You will escape traps of the mind as you reveal the potency of what you "feel".  The power of creation is found within our living being.   

This is not a pen & paper workshop on writing or artistic craft.  It is a whole body workshop for opening the source of your creativity and tapping into the roots of your story.

It introduces an organic path to effortlessly connecting with your truth.  You are offered simple, yet profound, perspectives and practices.  The effect is sustainable change, allowing the creative fire to flow through you.

This personally transformational journey will begin with your body’s response to stress and trauma, build capacity for flowing with the challenges of life, alchemize frustration, and invoke the powerful realization of your purpose and inner courage.  

As we connect with the courage to transform your stresses into the creative expression of your gifts, your artistic expression becomes the healing medicine for yourselves,  your local community and for humanity.
